Add a missing hospital

This directory is built hospital by hospital, so there are plenty we do not have yet. If you know one that is missing, this is how it gets added: tell us what you know, and we will check the rest before it goes live.

Which insurers does it accept?

Optional, and tick only what you were actually told. Nothing you tick here is published as accepted; we list it as unconfirmed until someone checks with the hospital.

Separate them with commas. We add insurers to the list by hand, so this is how new ones reach us.

“I was admitted here in May and they ran cashless through HDFC Ergo” is exactly right. It tells us where to start checking.

A person reviews every submission before it appears, so this will not show up on the site straight away. Please do not include your policy number or any medical details; we do not want them and will delete them if you send them.

What happens to your submission

  • It goes into a review queue. Nothing you send appears on the site until a person has looked at it and placed the hospital in the right city.
  • When it is published, the hospital starts as unverified, and any insurers you listed are shown as unconfirmed, never as accepted. We will not tell another patient that cashless works somewhere on the strength of a web form, because someone might travel on it.
  • Confirming cashless takes a call to the hospital's insurance desk or a check against the insurer's own network list. That is why the desk phone number is the most valuable thing on this form.
