What this service is

CashlessUndo is a free, public information directory of hospitals and the health insurers they accept for cashless treatment in India. It is a volunteer-style information project, not a registered company or commercial service named on these pages. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Source of the data: we do not own it

The directory is compiled from publicly available sources: insurer network lists, hospital publications, and similar open information, plus voluntary user reports and corrections. Hospital names, insurer names, network relationships, and related facts belong to their respective owners and publishers, not to CashlessUndo.

This site does not claim ownership of that underlying data. What it adds is organisation, search, verification dates, confidence labels, and a place for people to flag mistakes. The software and presentation of this project are separate from ownership of the facts about hospitals and insurers.

Use at your own risk

You use this site entirely at your own risk. Because the underlying facts come from public sources and third parties, they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Verification dates and confidence scores help you judge how much weight to put on any record, but nothing here is a guarantee that a hospital will honour cashless treatment for your policy, or that any fact on a page is correct on the day you read it.

Nothing on this site is medical, insurance, financial or legal advice. CashlessUndo is not an insurer, hospital, TPA, broker or agent, and has no relationship with any hospital or insurer listed. Listing is not endorsement. No duty of care is assumed toward visitors beyond publishing this free information project as-is.

Acceptable use

You may read, search and link to anything here. You may not:

• scrape or bulk-download in a way that places unreasonable load on the service;
• strip verification dates and confidence indicators when republishing what you found here: those caveats are what make the information honest, and removing them makes it dangerous;
• submit reports you know to be false, or attempt to manipulate a hospital's status;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

This acceptable-use list is about how you use the site, not a claim that CashlessUndo owns the underlying hospital or insurer data. For research reuse of public network facts, check the original publisher's terms as well. Ask if you are unsure.

Contributions

If you send a correction or report, you confirm it is accurate as far as you know and that you are free to share it. You grant permission to publish the corrected information in the directory. Contributors are not identified publicly. Any submission may be edited, verified or declined. Submitting a tip does not transfer ownership of public facts to this project.

Hospitals and insurers

Hospital and insurer names, marks, and network information belong to their owners. They appear here only to identify publicly available coverage information factually. If you represent a listed organisation and believe something published about you is inaccurate, send evidence; records are corrected on evidence rather than on request alone.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Any part of it may change, suspend or stop at any time, with or without notice. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no person publishing or maintaining this site accepts liability for any loss, expense, injury, refused cashless claim, out-of-pocket bill, delay in treatment, or other consequence arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its contents. You alone are responsible for confirming cover with the hospital insurance desk and your insurer before you travel or admit.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions, those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent that law allows. Nothing here is an admission of responsibility or an offer of indemnity.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the updated date above will change when they are. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
