What this service is

CashlessUndo is a free, public information directory of hospitals and the health insurers they accept for cashless treatment in India. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

No guarantee of accuracy

Information is compiled from insurer network lists, hospital sources and user reports. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We publish verification dates and confidence scores so you can judge how much weight to put on any record, but nothing here is a guarantee that a hospital will honour cashless treatment for your policy.

Read the medical and insurance disclaimer before relying on anything here — it is the operative document for decisions about treatment.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, insurance, financial or legal advice. We are not an insurer, hospital, TPA, broker or agent, and we have no relationship with any hospital or insurer listed. Listing is not endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may read, search and link to anything here. You may not:

• scrape or bulk-download the directory, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on the service;
• republish substantial portions of the data as your own, or strip the verification dates and confidence indicators from it — those caveats are what make the data honest, and removing them makes it dangerous;
• submit reports you know to be false, or attempt to manipulate a hospital's status;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

If you want the data for research or non-commercial use, ask us. We would usually rather help than block you.

Contributions

If you send us a correction or report, you confirm it is accurate as far as you know and that you are free to share it. You grant us permission to publish the corrected information in the directory. We do not identify contributors publicly. We may edit, verify or decline to publish any submission.

Hospitals and insurers

Hospital and insurer names and marks belong to their owners and are used here to identify them factually. If you represent a listed organisation and believe something published about you is inaccurate, contact us with the correct position and supporting evidence; we correct records on evidence rather than on request.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or expense arising from use of, or reliance on, this site — including a refused cashless claim or a bill paid out of pocket. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the updated date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
